Where to find information about my account

On your Profile page, you’ll find all essential information related to your account, including your account status, activity, and settings. Here’s a breakdown of what you can view and manage in each section:

• Account Details: See when your account was registered and when you last logged in. If your account isn’t linked to your opensubtitles.org profile, you can use the Lookup account option to connect it by ensuring both accounts use the same email.
• Subtitles and Activity: View the total number of subtitles you’ve uploaded (if any) and check your comments and download activity.
• Downloads and Limits: Check your current download count, your allowed downloads, and when your download counter will reset. If you’re experiencing issues with download limits, you can click to fix your status if your VIP subscription or uploads aren’t being reflected correctly.
• API Token: Access your personal API token, which you can use to integrate with external applications.
• Badges and VIP Status: View any badges you’ve earned, check your VIP status, or link your opensubtitles.org account for access to more features. If you’ve purchased VIP but don’t see it reflected here, you can use the troubleshooting link provided.
• Additional Resources: Access other account options like Edit Profile, Subscription History, and API consumers, and support options.
