If you’ve recently registered on OpenSubtitles but didn’t receive the confirmation email, here are a few steps you can take:
The confirmation email is usually sent immediately, but in some cases, it might take a few minutes to arrive. Please be patient and check your inbox again after a short while.
Sometimes, email providers may mistakenly mark our confirmation emails as spam. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder and, if you find the email there, mark it as “Not Spam” to prevent this from happening in the future.
If you’ve waited and checked your spam folder but still haven’t received the confirmation email, simply contact us, and we’ll manually confirm your account for you. You can reach out to us through our Contact Page.
The same process applies if you are not receiving the password reset email. Just let us know, and we’ll help you reset your password and access your account.
