Why My OpenSubtitles.org Uploads Don’t Show Up in My Account?

If you’re unable to see your previous uploads on OpenSubtitles.org in your current OpenSubtitles account, don’t worry—this is usually due to a missing link between your OpenSubtitles.org account and the platform. Follow these simple steps to ensure your uploads appear correctly.

1. Ensure Both Accounts Use the Same Email: To link your OpenSubtitles.org uploads to your current account, you need to make sure that both accounts are registered under the same email address. If your email differs on either platform, you may need to update it for them to sync.

2. Go to the “Uploads” Page:
• Log into your OpenSubtitles account.
• Navigate to the “Uploads” section from your profile menu on the left side.

3. Link Your Account:
• If your account is not yet linked, you’ll see an option that says, “Your account is not linked to an opensubtitles.org account.” Click on the LOOKUP ACCOUNT button to attempt the link.

Once your accounts are linked, go back to the Uploads page and look for the button labeled CHECK YOUR UPLOADS. Clicking this will sync and retrieve any existing subtitle uploads associated with your linked OpenSubtitles.org account.

• Still see some of your uploads with the username "anonymous" ?
  Go back to the uploads page and click on the button "Fix your uploads", let a few hours to process to let all caches refreshes before contacting us if that doesn't work
